While my Canucks are on a long hiatus chillin’ in California playing golf or something, I thought I’d take this opportunity to show everyone a little bit of hockey entertainment, you know, just to get a fix. Check out the red band trailer for Goon. This flick has already flown under the radar for the most part, but considering I’m in Canada, I am a little bit surprised there wasn’t a huge buzz around this earlier. Don’t Be A Moodle – She’s Out Of My League Trailer

I’ll admit it, I’m a sucker for a good, classy Rom-Com. I’ve been known to chuckle at flicks like The Wedding Singer and I Love You Man and after watching this trailer for She’s Out of My League, I think I might pretend to watch an action flick and sneak into this when it comes out. From the looks of things, this flick already has a few things going for it:
1 – Jay Burachel is actually pretty funny. If he can remember what made him so entertaining in Undeclared then there is a possibility he could carry this.

I just read that Fanboys is actually opening in some theatres next week! In case you have no idea what I’m talking about, Fanboys has been one of the most famous movies in the last 5 years that has yet to be released. Starring Kristen Bell, Jay Baruchel, Dan Fogler and a crap load of nerd superstars like William Shatner and Carrie Fisher, this movie has been put through the ringer so many times.
From what I can gather it’s only being shown in a select few American cities and if it does well – which is will, it’ll go wide-release. More >
