Imagine reading this with a Daniel Stern voice over. That would awesome.
When you think of Fred Savage you immediately think Wonder Years, then Winnie Cooper, then something weird…. Anyways, strange tangent, I’m back on track now. Maybe you even think of the many Tiger Beat covers he graced, or G-rated movies your parents took you to back in the late 80′s. Well, lil’ Fred Savage is all grown up and since a brief (but hilarious appearance as the Mole in Austin Powers) he has stepped behind the camera and is quickly becoming a pretty damn good TV director.

Fringe, Californication, Always Sunny in Philadelphia and Bones last week as well as the return of Heroes tonight. Alright, so as you can probably guess, I don’t get out much; but hey! I’m in a new city without anyone to hang out with so I’ve been spending a lot of quality time with Walter and Peter Bishop, Hank Moody, Charlie and the gang from Paddy’s Pub and Booth and Brennan (I just realized how sad that really is…)

When I returned from the states earlier this week, I wasn’t empty handed. On our way home we stopped by a Target and I grabbed a few DVD’s to hold me over until next TV season starts in the Fall. One of the little gems I found was the first two seasons of Its Always Sunny In Philadelphia – and if you’ve never seenĀ it I suggest watching at least 1 episode.
