Is There Such Thing As Too Many Abs?
Sep 3rd
Morning All,
Still catching up on everything I’ve missed in the last little while concerning movies, TV and this little thing we like to call the Interwebs, but while scouring to keep up I stumbled upon some interesting news. How much do you love Buddy-Cop flicks? I bet you can name a few off the top of your head right now. Lethal Weapon, Lethal Weapon 2 and, well, um… Lethal Weapon 3?
Okay, the point I’m trying to make is that there haven’t been a ton of them of late that have been worth seeing/quoting in the pub. Cop Out? The Other Guys? More >

What to do on a potentially rainy Saturday? Nestle in for a triple feature at home and venture to the theatre for another. This weekend I put in some serious movie time and caught She’s Out Of My League, Jennifer’s Body, Hot Tub Time Machine and the new A-Team flick. And I suppose I could talk about some news to come out of the Arrested Development feature or the newly greenlit 4th Mad Max installment, but I won’t. Instead I’ll drop this gorgeous high-res image of the latest cast of the A-Team. More >

The first trailer for The Expendables is finally online and sporting more testosterone than the lobby at a UFC event. If you’re unaware of Sly Stallone’s latest project then here’s the skinny from what I can gather:
The Expendables looks like a more multicultural A-Team. A small group of soldiers (most likely ex-military professionals with an edge) are led by Rocky himself Sylvester Stallone. On his rag-tag team of gun-toting crazy dudes are the likes of Mickey Rourke, Jet Li, Jason Statham, Terry Crews and Randy Couture. Already this sounds like some kind of cross generation super action team, but they have to go up More >
