Scott Pigrim Game Drops August 10th on PSN

Gotta thank Ma-Ting for this as he’s the one that sent me the original clip, but this game looks spectacular. As many of you already know, Scott Pilgrim Versus The World will be hitting theatres soon. but what you might not have known is that the game will be hitting the Playstation Network August 10th. But why should we all be excited for this? Check the trailer below and I’ll end this paragraph simply with… Nuff Said.

Hats off to Ubisoft for knowing their demographic. Not only have they tapped into the hardcore fans of the comic and the original artistic style, but the game looks to be like the Double Dragon style smash up we’ve been waiting for. The gameplay looks easy enough for anyone to pick up and play and the multiplayer capabilities look mind blowing. Yes, everything looks to be rooted in simplicity, but that’s where the beauty lies. With both male and female characters to play with, assembling a team of four should be no problem at all. Get ready for the button-masher of the year as Scott Pilgrim Versus the World hits PSN on August 10th. Although there hasn’t been any official price attached to the game, from the looks of things it doesn’t look like it will cost more than $15.
