It would be interesting to see the finished product, I loved what she did with Frida (am latin and a huge Frida fan) Now I hope they don't use the musical's images to promote it, because it would be very important to make a point that fans of the musical would not much like the book...there are probably 2 or 3 similarities between the book & the musical, and they have nothing to do with the story line...so fans of the musical will be dissapointed. I am a huge book lover, but having read the book after seeing the musical (and having a 33 year carreer on musicals onb stage, plus a daughter studying Performing Arts and a super Wicked fan)...I wasn't captivated by the book...I actually had to make an effort to finish it...but I know there are a lot of people who love the initial Wizard of Oz story (which also has a complete different outlook in Oz to what the movie painted) so I suppose there has to be a big following to the book...lets hope if this series come to light, we in the UK will be able to see it :) I find this looking for some Wicked images, couldn’t find a date on this, but then again that maybe me not knowing how to find it LOL.
