You could really make that 3-year argument for anything out there right now. If you've actually gone to the Cosmo presentation center and seen the unit on display, it would be very difficult to disagree with me. Its a simple case of making the wrong decision on what floor plan to showcase. In any case, I still wouldn't buy in Cosmo for the hike in parking price, the terrible kitchen layouts and finishings (the dishwasher is about the size of a duffel bag) and the fact that people would be living a less than desirable area of downtown Vancouver. Also, if dollar per square footage is the only concern, then why not buy used?

good riddance... I wouldn't want you as a neighbour anyway. Cosmo by far is the best value out there in the market. Avg sq/ft is under $500 where are you going to find that in DT right now? I looked at Richards but when you compare there finishing, location and size to Cosmo + the parking stall - Cosmo still is a better value. Btw, 3 yrs is when Cosmo will be ready and you pay installments of 10%, 5%, 2.5% % 2.5% by the time you take possession it probably would have gone up 10%+. Oh they also throw in 1 yr of free strata fee which equals 3k
